As the Youth Programs Director, Heidi works both through formal but also informal connections with young people. She believes that there are basics of connecting with youth, such as Youth Group Meetings, Camps, and Retreats (these are golden times, where no one really sleeps, and we attempt to extend supernatural love), but there are so much more than these formal times for the Youth.

Barb is the “Mother of the House,” as she and her husband Bill Roycroft grew and stewarded the church following Bill’s father’s establishing work. She loves to see people meeting Jesus for the first time and to “taste and see” that God is real and present for them. She and her late husband, Bill Roycroft, dedicated themselves to Youth and Young Adults, working for years with Bow Valley and Island Lake camps.
