frank Allen
Frank has served in full-time ministry for 17 years, the last 12 of which have been spent in Lethbridge joyfully serving the Church of Lethbridge. Frank uses his dynamic communication skills to encourage and inspire people to discover their fullest potential of their God-given gifts and callings. He works closely with his incredible team of elders, staff and leaders to lead people to discovering the Hope found in Jesus, to bring Help to those in need, and to create a safe church Home for anyone and everyone… no exceptions.
One of Frank’s main passions is leading people to discover the life changing Presence of God in music and worship. Over the last 30+ years (since the age of 8) he has had the privilege of leading worship for everything from small, intimate times of worship to leading churches and stadiums of thousands.
Frank has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 20 years. Together, he and his wife Jessica have given themselves to loving and raising children, whether their own biological daughter or the numerous foster children that they have been blessed with the privilege of bringing into their family.
