Why we give.

God is generous and so he calls us to be as well.  What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

Ways To Give

Give Online

You can give online using your credit or debit card here. You can give one-time or set up recurring giving. If you require any assistance, email info@thetab.ca. 

Give In Person

  • If you come on Sundays in-person, the front lobby now has a credit card/debit card machine set up for your use! It’s easy to use. Just enter the amount you would like to give under the “purchase,” and proceed as you would any other time using the device. To get a tax-deductible receipt, follow these steps! (Without including the receipt and your information, we don’t have a way to track contributions electronically as your personal information is not gathered at the Point of Sale.)
    •      a. Print off the merchant receipt.
    •      b. Place it in a giving envelope with your name and address for a tax deductible receipt. 
    •      c. Put the giving envelope in the box provided. 
    •      d. Keep a copy of your receipt for your records. 
  • If you have any questions, ask someone in leadership for assistance when you’re in the building. Note, if you aren’t attending in person, but would like to drop by the church to use the machine, email info@thetab.ca to arrange a time.

E-Transfer

  • Donate by e-transfer at donation@thetab.ca. (Please email the password to donation@thetab.ca as well)

Mail A Check

  • You can drop off or mail a cheque to our building (the mail slot at the west door) — make sure you put the cheque in an envelope (or email info@thetab.ca if you’d like a pick-up).

Email the Tab Treasurer if you have any questions about your tax deductible receipts, and updating your mailing address with him directly as he uses what you have submitted at the time of donation to mail these out (les@thetab.ca).
(Note: A donation of $20 or more can be receipted for tax-deductible giving; email info@thetab.ca if we need your address.)
