YOUTH CAMP 2025 – AUGUST 11–15
Get ready for the best week of your summer.

We’re heading out for 5 days packed with epic fun, real connection, and deep moments with God. This isn't just camp—it's memories in the making.

Team games + COLOUR WAR (yes, with paint, jello, shaving cream... and a slip and slide)
Screaming chickens (yep, you'll see)
Hikes in Waterton

Youth Camp is for anyone who’s completed Grade 6 through Grade 12.

💸 Cost? Just $90
Thanks to fundraising and the generosity of our church fam, we’re keeping camp super affordable. If the cost is tough for your family, don’t stress—talk to us. We’ll figure something out together because we want EVERYONE to come.

📍 Drop-off Info:
Be at The Tab (1805 9 Ave N) by 10:00 AM on Monday, August 11 (bring a bag lunch).
Coming from out of town? Meet us at Island Lake Retreat Centre between 1:00–2:00 PM (already fed—supper isn’t ‘til 5:30).

📍 Pick-up Info:
We leave camp Friday at 11:30 AM.

Picking up at camp? Be there by 11:00 AM.
Getting a ride back to Lethbridge? You’ll arrive at The Tab around 3:00 PM (we’ll text when we’re close).

🎒 What to Bring:

Sleeping bag + pillow
Toiletries + towel
Any meds (these will be checked in)
Clothes for all weather (mountains = unpredictable)
One outfit to wreck (colour war gets wild)
Swimsuit (painty slip & slide = yes please)
Extra socks & underwear
Good shoes for walking/hiking
Bag lunch for Monday
🚫 Leave the tech at home.
Phones are allowed for the ride, but we’ll store them once camp starts. Unplug. Trust us—you’ll thank us later.

Waiver Epidemyc Youth Camp

Injuries that may occur at camp include, but are not limited to:
-Car accident
-Accidents while playing sports
-Insect bites, encounter with nature
The risk of sustaining these types of injuries results from the nature of the camp and can occur without the fault of either the youth or the leaders of Epidemyc, or where the camp is taking place. By choosing to take part in this camp, you are accepting that your child may be injured.
